Most people are using the bookmarklet version. For information on setting up the bookmarklet you may do so here. The chrome extension does the same thing as the bookmarklet but it is automated so you don't have to click anything to start the timer.

Entering Task Names

  1. Click on the field that says "Enter Task Name"
  2. Type a task name.
  3. Press Enter
  4. You may add aditional task names by repeating steps 2-3

Entering Task Times

  1. Click on the field that says "Enter Task Time"
  2. Type a task Time. Time should be entered in minutes. 5 minutes should be entered as 5. 10.5 minutes should be entered as 10.5.
  3. Press Enter
  4. You may add aditional task names by repeating steps 2-3

Selecting Task Names and Task Times

  1. To select a task name click on the name of the task you are working on. Note when a new task name is entered it is automatically selected. Selected values are in blue.
  2. To select a task time click on the time for the task you are working on. Note when a new task name is entered it is automatically selected. Selected values are in blue.

Timer

  1. Select a task name and task time. Selected values appear in blue.
  2. Click Start. The timer will start and the task will autopopulate in the table. You can pause and then resume at any time.
  3. Click Submit. The timer will end and the table will populate.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 until work is complete.

Viewing Past Time Cards

  1. Click on the time sheets link in the nav bar.
  2. Set a date by clicking the input. A date selector will pop up. Note: date ranges are coming soon.
  3. The time sheets for that date should pop up. Note: I changed the way time card data is formatted in mid March so if you played around with this tool in March, you may get errors for these dates.
